Hotel looked pretty from outside, nice lobby but rooms were not cleaned. We stayed 3 nights, none of these days rooms were cleaned. Housekeeping didn’t do their job, one day they left note saying they didn’t clean because there was a shirt on bed. Coffee pods were replaced until asked. Were not satisfied with housekeeping service.

Donald the shuttle driver was a great help to us by dropping and picking us up from our family wedding reception. ||The hotel in general was very good throughout our stay, ||The facility and rooms are clean and well kept up. Although one elevator was broken it didn’t seem to affect anything

Upon arrival, this place was very neat and clean. The front desk clerk was very nice and polite. The room was very nice and inviting with a great view of the river. The hotel store was stocked with alcoholic beverages which was great. Overall stay was excellent and we really enjoyed it.

Breunna has a great smile and gave us great service in the Ballroom for the StandardAero Holiday Party! Food and dessert was magnificent! The drinks were good as well. The room was the perfect size for the party along with the casino attendants! A great time was had by all! Thanks for a great time!!

Hands down the best experience possible. Celebrated our anniversary weekend at this hotel. Within short notice they were able to a beautiful bouquet of roses and a bottle of Champagne before check in. All of the staff was very warm, welcoming, and very happy to have us. They all wished us a happy anniversary. Even down to the restaurant staff. Perfect experience!

The hotel staff are all knowledgeable and kind, and checking in/ out were smooth processes. The room was very clean, and the sheets were so soft I was googling how to buy them. The queen suite was set up very well for work and relaxation, and there’s a park to walk through as well as several nearby restaurants to supplement the hotel’s restaurant and bar. I plan to stay again soon.

I had a short stay; in town for my son’s wrestling tournament. I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very welcoming from housekeeping, the front desk and the General Manager, Greg. The facility is new, clean, and well appointed. Thank you for a great stay!
